I can't believe our honorable Mayor was being a bad dog! He said that he wanted little Ernie to be able to drive part of the way to the big party. Tisk, tisk, tisk. Letting him off because of his lofty status would just be wrong, so here's your ticket, Mr. Mayor. (Sorry...please don't fire me!!!)
