Crabby Monday... A Castle for Princesses

Hello, Darlings.    We crabby girls recently remodeled our crabitat and we are totally agog about the new, chic, interior design.     Of course, we were assisted by The Hands and we are clacking our claws over their sense of style.  POL

 Ooooo, goodness, Mr Hand created a stunning new loft for us!    This is the latest in style and makes excellent use of space and light.

 Now, this accent piece is such a favorite!    FnE's Hand gave us this glorious and stunning Castle!   We crabby girls are very grateful and it certainly makes us feel like royalty.  POL    OMClawd it is so wonderful!

 

  

As you can see, we are very pleased with the new design and we are tactfully decorating it in the latest style.   Of course, we have excellent taste.

Adding just the right wallpaper finishes the look with a splash of artful color and whimsy.  

 

I, Oceana, give it two claws up and heartily approve of the design.

After the crabitat make-over, we crabby girls arranged for a celebration to enjoy our dazzling new surroundings.    We gathered together and sent our most beloved thank yous to Frankie and Ernie's Hand for the glorious castle and new wallpaper, and to our darling Mr Hand for the trendy and functional new loft.   Goodness, we certainly are lucky girls to be treated like such princesses.

Snicker Saturday...Gazing at PeeMail?

Hey Everyone!
Wow, there's been a ginormous change in my yard and it's the subject of today's Saturday chuckle!   Stay with me, the chuckle is at the end...



So the front of my house used to look like this:

Not bad....it's the "cabin in the woods" feel.   Nice daisy/hummingbird yard flag and the typical garden hose.    *Yawn*.



Then, out of nowhere, my peeps start in gathering rocks and moving them up front and building something.    Then it looked like this:

Next step, looked like this...



 And finally:

Now it looks like this!    TaaaDaaaaaaah.

Check out that gorgeous Gazing Ball!   This was a pressie from Mamaw to my Mom and we love it bunches.   It is amazingly beautiful.    It deserved a perfect place out front to show it off and be certain that it can really be seen.   Gosh, it's pretty.   Don't worry, I haven't forgotten the Snicker part!  BOL   The laugh is coming up.

Doesn't that look great?!?    We're thrilled with it and send our biggest thanks to Mamaw for the pretty gazing ball.



Okay, okay, for the funny part!    See that concrete bunny potter with the purple/pink flowers?
Well, that used to live by our porch steps and it was the most amazing and perfect place for PEEMAIL!   BWAR HAR HAR    Now, I'm not just barking for me...nope...Frankie and Ernie liked to pee there too.   It was in just the right spot for serious mailing.   BOL     So, now Mom went and moved it and put it in this place of honor with the new gazing ball.    Oh, what's a dog to do???

No problem.   I just walk right on up there and pee on it anyway.  BWAR HAR HAR.   When FnE came to visit, the did the same thing I did...walked over and prepared to pee in our usual bunny potter spot and *GULP* and *DOUBLE-TAKE* it wasn't there!   No problem for them either, they just moved over and left pee mail on the new rock border.   Close enough!


So, it might be pretty, but it was a serious re-adjusting of the favorite mail spot.   Well, that's okay, it reads just as well in the new spot.   Everyone got a chuckle as we pooches re-aimed our pee shooters.
So now we three pooches are Gazing at PeeMail!   BWAR HAR HAR
