Louis and Endangered Species Awareness

Wow, our good furiend Louis is the new Blogville Director of Arts and Entertainment and he's off to an amazing start!   Be sure to stop by and see him today.   He has arranged for a special salute to our endangered furiends and you don't want to miss it.  

My crabby girls, Beachnut & Shelldon wanted to join in too!   Here is their entry into the event:

 As you can see, they've welcomed a baby loggerhead turtle into their crabitat!   We all join them in featuring such a special and very endangered shelled friend.  Please cross paws and claws and flippers that the world comes together to protect and save them.




And, for me:

I'm shining a spotlight on the Galapagos penguin which is facing extinction.   They are adorable and deserve our love and protection.

Crabby Monday...Toy Edition

Hello, Blogville Darlings!    Goodness, we crabby girls had the most glorious adventure the other day!     It was courtesy of our lovely Ernie.   Yes, he shared one of his most wonderful toys with us.

Ernie received a fabulous pressie package from his most spectacular Aussie darling, Roxy.   Inside his gift was this fun crabby toy!   Teeheehee    We heartily approve.   POL

Mr. Red Crabby Toy is such a grand combination of soft plush and spikey joy.   POL

Roxy, darling you have perfect taste and we adore this completely.  

As you can see, we gave our long and lovely leggies quite a workout.    Oh, it was a magnificent exploration!

Snicker Saturday...Fashion Police

Hey Everyone!
Wow, I have a great chuckle for you today!

So recently, Christmas happened at my house and Santa Paws brought some pressies.   Even for my Dad!!   BOL

He got exactly what he asked for.    Yup, he wanted a very special new outfit.    Mom didn't ask for new fashion.  NOPE, DAD DID!     Wait until you see what he asked for:::

Hey, Dad...what's this?    Oh, it's your new outfit from Santa!

 Ummm...are you sure that's the outfit you wanted?!?

 Weird...

 Now, I'm not sure I can watch this.

Okay, sure I can!   BWAR HAR HAR     That's the funniest fashion statement EVER!   BOL


Mom said it's his new pair of hip waders for fishing in our creeks, but I couldn't really hear her over all of the laughing.     I can't wait to read your comments for this one!

Crabby Monday...Brrrrrr Edition

Hello, Blogville Darlings!     Goodness, we tropical gals are a little unamused at the cold temperatures and snowy weather we are suffering here lately.   Brrrrr it's cold!    Teeheehee

But, actually, we have such glorious sun in our crabitat, that we hardly notice.  

Now, our silly Sarge loves this snowy weather.  He's been out making his spectacular snow zoomies.   We'll stay here where it's cozy and warm instead.

Inauguration Day Security

Hey Everyone!
Wow, this is the big day!   It's time for us to celebrate the inauguration of our new Blogville Mayor, Arty.   He will do a wonderful job and has set up the perfect administration.   All of his cabinet members are going to do a great job for Blogville.   I'm totally honored to be serving as Police Commissioner again and pawmise to work with Murphy and Stanley and all of the safety staff to keep Blogville happy and trouble-free.  

So, my first job of the new term is to help everyone maintain security for the big Inauguration event today!  

Looks like all of the safety staff members are assigned and ready to work!

Time for us to kick it into action!!

Boy, I gotta remember to give those plants a whiff too!

We need to be sure there are no tree rat invaders.

That would be bad with a capital B! 

Well, everything looks okay here in the field.

The crowd should be safe and secure.

What a pretty area to watch the ceremony!

My thanks to Murphy and Stanley and all of the other law enforcement furiends who helped out today!   We've gotten our act together and everyone should be able to enjoy the inauguration safely and in fine style.   

Gee, speaking of that, I better go get into my bestest uniform for the ceremony.   See everyone at the big event!
