Working Wednesday...Blogville PD ANNOUNCEMENT

Hey Everyone!
Wow, this has been a busy time for me as Blogville Police Commissioner!    It seems the work is never done.      *sigh*   

I have been doing a lot of thinking and worrying about our police department and came to a decision that will be for the bestest to continue our good work for the Blogville community.    Our beloved Chief Sidebite has been away from us on sabbatacal for quite a while now and we have missed him bunches.    Well, as sometimes happens in life, he has moved on to other adventures and we all wish him and his family well and will always remember them fondly.   If he ever decides to return to Blogville we will welcome him back with open paws and love and furiendship.   

Meanwhile, the department must move on and continue to protect and serve.

So, I have come to a decision.    

I took my plan of action to our Co-Mayorz Murphy and Stanley for their input and approval.    After a long discussion, we all agreed that this is a most exciting and productive change for our community.   The Doods have always had our backs in the police department and are great supporters of our work.

THE NEWLY APPOINTED CHIEF OF POLICE   RANGER!

  

Ranger has been with the force for many years now.   He started as a Junior officer when I was Chief and moved up to Deputy Top Cop under Chief Sidebite's administration.    He is so very well qualified and I couldn't be more pleased that he has accepted this well-earned promotion.   

At this time, I am turning over the day-to-day operations of the department to his capable paws and he will be working with me and The Doods and the whole community to continue the good work of our department now and into the future.   

PLEASE JOIN ME IN CONGRATULATING CHIEF  RANGER AND WELCOMING HIM INTO HIS NEW JOB!!!             Congrats, Chief and I cannot wait to work with you.
