Hey Everyone!
Wow, I love my one-and-only STICK!
I've had the same exact STICK for about 8 of my 10 years. BOL!
Now, I gotta bark that it has a few "issues". ahem
Yes, it's been through a lot.
We have bunches of trees in my yard and my STICK seems to manage to hit most of them. BOL
I just gotta have my STICK thrown really hard and far and the trees get in the way.
Flashback to a few years ago when Dad did a repair job! Glued and viced and good to go... until the next tree incident.
Oh, it's such great yard fun. Me, my peeps, sunshine, and my STICK. Ahhhhhhh.
Split or not, my STICK is perfect!
Grr and Woof,
Sarge, Police Commish
***Hey, Blogger is trying to eat my post!****

That is quite the treasure you have there, Sarge. Maybe you should try to find a backu stick - you know, just in case . . .

That's very impressive to keep a stick as long as you have. I take good care of my things too. Judd on the other paw not so much.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are sticking with it. (bar har har). I don't do the sticks, as I like my stuffies but Mom has pictures of Barkley with HIS stick, and wow it was a big one. Good memories there, for all of us.
ReplyDeleteAbby Lab
By the way - Dad just said as long as you have had that stick you should have been promoted to "Branch Manager"

No wonder you love that stick Sarge - it's a "pip" ! It's just the right size, probably tastes delicious after eight years of playing, and once we get attached to something we want it forever and ever right? Hopefully that stick will last another eight years at least!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sammy
That is a long time to have the same stick to play with.
ReplyDeleteYou still have the SAME stick???! That's hilarious. You've got some good parents to let you still keep it...and repair it for you.
ReplyDeleteWatch out for splinters, Sarge! We think you may have to start training a couple of new sticks......just in case.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's one venerable stick!
