Crabby Monday...Diamonds

Hello, Blogville Darlings!
Goodness, we crabby girls have had the most wonderful time visiting with our famous Frankie and Ernie and their Hands!     We have all been sharing adventures together and celebrating our lives together.

Most recently, The Hands had a glorious and raucous game of cards!    There were diamonds of course, which we adore.  Teeheehee      There were also spades and clubs and hearts.

OMC we are all having such fun.

Shelldon here headed over to give that seven of hearts a pinch.   Teeheehee

Beachnut here preparing to draw a card...or two or three.  POL

Oh, it was a spectacular day filled with cards and laughter and food and fun.
BTW:   The Hands played the girls against the guys and THE GIRLS WON!   Oh, yes they did.

I Had A SleepOver

Hey Everyone!
Wow, Wednesday I got to have FnE come to my house for a SLEEPOVER!!

Isn't that cool?!?     We're so close now that we see each other all the time and we're liking that better.

See, my Papaw Pantslegs had some sickies on Wednesday and went to the big dogtor place and we didn't know how long he'd be there.   He has an icky, yucky coughing thingy and if you get a chance, it'd be great if you'd drop by FnE's bloggie to give him some POTP.   He's better now already, but still not 100%.

So, my Mom ran over to pick up FnE so they wouldn't be all alone!

They got to ride to my place in my Dad's Jeep (L)Attitude mobile.    I love riding in it and I think they did too.    The Attitude makes for excellent rides.   BOL

Here's Frankie sitting in the recliner with my Mom.   They cozied right up and relaxed after we had our dinner.

Ernst kept my Dad company for the evening.  BOL     Dad's an expert scritcher and Ernst liked that a lot.     I was a really good host and we all got along great!

Now, at bedtime I like to sleep on my beloved cot, but FnE like themselves some bed-sleep.   So, my peeps each took a room and Ernst slept with Dad, and Frankie with my Mom.   I checked in on them a few times during the night to be sure everyone was okay.   Mom and Frankie were fine and dandy.   Dad told me that Ernst is like sleeping with a whirlwind!   BWAR HAR HAR    He tossed and turned and kicked and bumped and fussed and snuggled Dad all night long.   BOL     I think that's incredibly funny...don't you?!?

Then Thursday morning, Papaw Pantslegs was all home and he and Mamaw were ready for their boys to return.    Mom took them to work with her because it's closer to their house and made a nice meeting spot.    FnE got to ride in Mom's beloved (Suba) Ru.     Oh, the Ru is a pawesome ride fur sure.

That meant FnE got to visit Mom's office.   That's a cool place and all the peeps there really love pooches.   They give good scritches and pets there.

I think FnE had a good visit!    I know they were super happy to see their own peeps and I know Mamaw and Papaw Pantslegs were super happy to have them back.       Gosh, we'll be doing these sleepovers and visits all the time now.

So, that was our excitement for the week!  BOL     I'm sending my POTP to Papaw Pantslegs so he gets back to full power right away.

A Giftie from Mamaw

Hey Everyone!
Wow, it's so wonderful to have FnE and Mamaw and Papaw Pantslegs right here in my territory all the time!    We are having such fun together.

Last weekend my Mom went shopping with Mamaw and check out what Mamaw found for me!!

OMD it's a brand new Wiggle Giggle Wobble Wag Ball!!   Oh, I LOVE these!

Hey Frankie, check out my newest toy!

They are super hard to find and I only had one.   Now I have a spare!   BOL   Well, you never know when a toy might self-destruct.     ahem

I think Frankie wanted to play with the box.

I played all over the house with it so Mamaw could see how much I appreciate and love it!   Then I took it up on the bed so I could roll it around up there too.   BWAR HAR HAR

Thanks bunches, Mamaw!    I love my giftie.

Veterans and a Chewy Challenge

Hey Everyone!
Wow, this is such a super special day here in America!   It's VETERAN'S DAY and we are all remembering and celebrating and thanking our veterans.    I appreciate them all so very much.  My Dad's a US Navy Vet and I gave him an extra slurp and wag this morning.  BOL  We fly the flag all year here at my house!

As you can see, I'm wearing my patriotic collar to honor our veterans.

Now, our good furiends at have given me the coolest opportunity to try out their special product to help support joint health.     I got a month's supply of Nutramax Cosequin DS to see if it makes my hips and knees happy.   This is my first, beginning post about a couple of weeks I'll do another post to see how I'm feeling and then at the end of the supply I'll post about the final results.

They come in these little treat bites and for my size I take two each day to start.
You can see my patriotic bandana too!    BOL

Now, I will admit that the flavor is not my very favorite, but with a little encouragement from my peeps, I will eat them up.

As you can see, they are made in the U.S.A. which is a super thing!   Especially today.
I've been taking them for 3 days now and so far, so good.   I'm usually a fairly active pooch, though I do enjoy a good nap or two during the day.   I always have at least one play session each evening.   My peeps will be paying some attention to see if I do this a little more often or for a little bit longer.   I'm 9 years old now and I don't like to stand up on my back legs too much, so we'll see if they help that feel better too.

Stay tuned for the next two posts in a couple of weeks as I continue to sample these from Chewy.   Thanks bunches to my furiends at for the opportunity to give these a whirl.

Here's a flashback to our Olympics with Beachnut and Shelldon during the parade of athletes.

Here's a flashback to our angel pal Pip during his bucket list tour when I took him on my Dad's Navy vessel the USS Little Rock.

And finally, just little ole me, proudly wearing the red, white and blue.

Thank you, veterans!

Snicker Saturday....HowlOWeenie Edition

Hey Everyone!
Wow, it's already time for another weekend laugh!   Here's your Snicker Saturday from last week's HowlOWeenie.

First, I got a funny card from my very good furiend, Ziggy!

"Do you like my costume?"

"I'm a corn dog!"

Oh, BWAR HAR HAR Ziggy, that's a good one!    I get it!   Candy corn doggy.    Thanks bunches, my furiend.

And here's Frankie in his clawstoom!    "I'm scary enough without a costume"    HA

And here's bony Ernie!   BOL

And here are the peeps as they passed out candy to the mini two leggers!

Have a super Saturday everyone!

Working Wednesday....With My Mom

Hey Everyone!
Wow, it's been furever since I last did a Working Wednesday post!     Hmmmm maybe I'm slacking.  BOL     Nah.

Well, this is a special edition of Working Wednesday because I'm not working at the Blogville Police Department...nope...I'm at my Mom's workplace.

Now, I've posted about her work before.
Like the time when her new office telephone had buttons like this:

We never did figure out what those are for, but somehow it doesn't seem to relate to a real pug park.  None of our pug furiends ever answered those lines.   BOL

Well, this is even better because I'm there!    Yup, last week after my visit with FnE and Mamaw and Papaw Pantslegs, they delivered me back to my Mom at her office.

Gee, Mom how do you manage to get your legs under here all day?!?

Her puter doesn't even seem to have my bloggie on it.    Weird!

So, Mamaw and Papaw Pantslegs, are you planning to retire from the
Commonwealth of Pencil Vane E Ah?
No?    Okay.   I wasn't sure how to help you do that anyway.  BOL
Guess I'll leave that work up to my Mom.

Her job looks super duper boring to me and there were no snacks there.    But, her co-workers were really nice to me and seemed glad to meet me in the fur.

So, all of you in the Blogville safety departments, what have you been up to lately?!?
