Well, well, well....
Hey everyone!
Wow, I finally got back home after my weekend in doggy jail while my peeps went to visit
FnE and Mamaw and Papaw Pantslegs!
I got home Monday night and guess what I found.
This is what Mom's beloved rock wall and flowers looked like while I was home where I belonged and working on guard duty. This is the BEFORE.
Gee, aren't they pretty as long as I was here to protect the territory! All BEFORE.
Very nice florals there BEFORE.
So, then they go and throw me in the slammer and well, well, well.....
lookie at the poor sad plants now that they were left on their own without ole Sarge to serve and protect...
YUP! Those are plants with MISSING leaves! BWAR HAR HAR This is the AFTER.
Well, now doesn't that just beat all?!? All those pretty plants have been nibbled down to the bare stem. I guess the local wildlife went wild. While the Commish is away the hungry critters will play. Definitely sad plants here in the AFTER pix.
That'll learn 'em. I should have been right here at home where I belonged and those plants would still be pretty. Humpf.
Grr and Woof,
Sarge, Police Commish
OMD OMD OMD where have all the flowers gone? (thanks Joan Baez lol) that wildlife knows no mercy...they waited till Officer Sarge left his office and the they grabed all that flowers... scandalous...butt now you are back and that greedy gang in the forrest has to stay away from your crib :o)
ReplyDeleteYou are SOOOOO right Cussin. THAT'll LEARN 'em.

That will teach them to put you in jail!
ReplyDeleteOh that is not nice but someone needs to feed them.
ReplyDeleteI hope it wasn't the tree rats that did it.

Dat'll teach him!
ReplyDeleteSounds like those critters sent out a party invite on social media. Hope your pawrents learned a valuable lesson.....NO PRISON for the Police dog.
ReplyDeleteYep - it's those pesky deer! We have the same problem here. Mom loves hostas and lilies and SO DO THE DEER.....one day they're all beautiful and nice and neat and GREEN and the next day - wiped out. They sneak up during the night when we're all asleep and "have their way" with all Mom's plants! NOT NICE!
ReplyDeleteLove, Sammy

Just think. When F+E and family come to live near you, there will never ever be any excuse for your peeps to abandon you so you will never ever again have to go to prison and you will always be able to guard your territory properly.
ReplyDeleteThat's right, isn't it?
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
Wow, I hope they appreciate all that you do. I bet they won't make that mistake again.
ReplyDeleteI miss Frankie and Ernie.
Ziggy Out!
Poetic justice we'd say. Next time maybe they'll think twice about you not staying home!!
ReplyDeleteOur grandma has the same problem with critters (deer usually) eating all her flowers too. We offered our services but she said we would have to live there and our mom and dad don't want to do that.
ReplyDeleteYah...that will teach them. They need to leave you in charge!!
