Flashback Friday...HowlOWeen Past

Hey Everyone!
Wow, this is such a fun time of year!    HowlOWeen is coming right up.   For my Flashback Friday post today I dug way back into my pix stash for my 2011 season.

Check out my cool costume...it was both custom and hand made by my Dad just for yours truly.

Oh, this was a ton of fun!    The bat wings were ginormous.  BOL

And, this was the year that Mom bought her cool Owl Light at the local Applefest craft show.

2011 was a really fun year in my house!  BOL    Check out the fun light.

Of course, it's even better in the dark!    Mom loved it soooo much that she worked with Mamaw to paint it tan instead of bright orange.   Now it stays out in our living room 24/7/365.   No more orange, so not just for HowlOWeen.     But it surely looks even better during this time of year.   OMD I can't believe we've had this for 3 years!   Time flies.

So, did you have a costume in 2011?   Do you remember what it was?
Grr and Woof,
Sarge, Pol Comm

  2. I bet you could fly with those wings. Very cool costume. MOM normally does not dress me up for Halloween. Butt I think now you have put the thought in her head. I just hope it is as cool as your 2011 costume.

  3. could you fly with that ginormous wings too? I like the owl-light, what a cool idea to paint it in a different color and to have it the whole year in your crib!

  6. Let me think, 2011... I think that was the year that Cinderella was a bellydancer, I was the all-powerful sultan, and Momma was a gypsy!

  12. OMD! Let's hope the owl doesn't become like Frankie's snowfreaks. There are owls everywhere here on stuff.....just sayin'.

You made a great Batdog, Sarge.
