Feeling Festive

Hey everyone!
Wow, this is such a wonderful time of year!    I'm so excited to pawticipate in Daisy's Christmas Cookie Recipe Exchange today.    Click on her name to see her blog and join in.    Here's a favorite holiday cookie from my house:

CINNAMON COOKIES
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon corn starch
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.  Add the egg and vanilla and stir.   Mix the dry items, then add to the cream.   Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

These are so tasty and soft and delish!   Most everyone likes cinnamon and it's a popular flavor at the holiday season, so I hope you enjoy these.   Thanks, Daisy, for hosting such a yummy event!

Music:   Sweet William (AKA ROCKIN' WILLS) will coordinate all of the music including his DJ skills, interviews, midnight countdown, Surf Jammers and Bad Dawg Agency.

Drinks:   Puddles will be working with Madi and Ruby to provide a huge variety of drinks for all types of tastes and preferences.

Food:  Wyatt is providing the foodables for the whole event.

Party Hats / Noisemakers:  Idaho Pugs will be supplying the festive hats and noisemakers for the party.

Open Mic Comedy Hour:  Baggy and Nin are accepting your jokes (ornery is okay, but not dirty or offensive), funny stories, comedy routines.

Transportation:    Sam is supplying his red wagon for safe transit to and from the party.

Resolutions Booth:    Ranger will be coordinating the New Year's Resolutions.

Dance Lessons:   Lily is supplying pre-party dance lessons for anyone wanting to brush up on their moves before the big dance.
