Mystery Foodable Friday

Hey Everyone!
Wow, did you see my post back on Wednesday?!?   I hope so because I told all about the pawesome Frosty Paws prize pack I won from my furiend Wyatt.   Also in that post I showed you this:

and asked you to guess what it is.   DID YOU GUESS?!?  DID YOU?!?!

Okay, so here's the answer...

Yes, it's the blue version of the HAPPY LAPPER!

See, a few weeks ago, my peeps went with Frankie and Ernie and Mamaw and Papaw Pantslegs to a Pet Expo in Pittsburgh.  My Mom found this amazing thing there and got one for me.  Now, furiends, if you like Frosty Paws, but those cups slide all around while you're licking away, then this is your answer!    I'm not being paid or anything for this, I just wanna let you all know that it really works.  The treat cups fit right in there and then it doesn't scoot around so much.   AND even if it does slide, you can put your paw or your peep's foot or a table/chair leg on the flat paw part and it will hold great while you snack!   What a genius invention!   It's made right here in Pennsylvania and you can click on HAPPY LAPPER here to see the website.

Frankie & Ernie gave it a try!

It definitely made slurping a ton easier!

See???  No scooting and sliding around!

Now, Mamaw got all kinds of creative that weekend and at our local Dollar Store she found these perfect sized plastic cups and Mom bought a bunch.  Then she found a recipe for homemade Frosty Paws.  Well, that homemade stuff is delish too and it pours right into the cups, the cups pop right into the freezer, then whenever I want there's one right there to pop in my Happy Lapper and I snack like a pro!

So, isn't this the most perfect thing ever...and to come right before I won Wyatt's Frosty Paws event?!?  Cool isn't it.   Oh, get it....cool...frozen treats...cool...get it?!?  ahem.

Anyway, thanks again to Wyatt for the prize pack, to Happy Lapper for being such a smart item, to Mom for getting one, and to Mamaw for the cups and recipe.   Woooohoooo I'm a lucky pooch!

BTW:  Don't forget about the crabby girls are hosting their BOS'S TWISTER TOURNAMENT next Wednesday to support Benny!  If you want to be included, be sure to donate $5 to Benny and send a pix of your twisted-up self to lfurman1987ATyahooDOTCOM by midnight Sunday.  Be sure your email includes your name and blog addy!   So far, there are 5 furiends entered to pawticipate and another extra fun guest!   So, what are you waiting for...get in the game!   The BOS girls (Beachnut Oceana Shelldon) will be looking for you on Wednesday!

Grr and Woof,
Sarge, COP

  2. WE remember having that HOME MADE Frosty Paws on your deck. THE Happy Lapper DID hold it nice and still while we TOOK TURNS Lapping. Of course BLUBBER BUTT Ernie had to Lappy 87 times MORE than I ( your Cussin Frankie FURTER) did.
We love Frosty Paws butt there is NO PLACE around here that sells them. We surely are glad that mom found that recipe so we could have her MAKE them fur us.
We are glad that you Love your Happy Lapper.

  3. Oh Whoa that is very cool. I need one of those for my Frosty Paws treats. I think I would enjoy them more if I was not scooting everywhere while licking out the yumminess.
    Blessings,
    Goose

  5. So, that's what that contraption is for! We think that's a smart idea. You must have found a good recipe for the home-made stuff. Maybe someday you can share the recipe with all of us.

We're looking forward to the Twister Game next week. Did you hear that the inventor of the game just died the other day? Yup, we saw it on the news.

    Hugs,
    Lily Belle & Muffin

  15. I've not seen those before!

I hope you'll share that recipe with us! I have coupons for Frosty Paws that I won from Corbin. First, I misplaced the coupons, then I found them, but I can't find the Frosty Paws anymore. Walmart used to sell them, but not anymore. :(

  16. That's kind of cheating, isn't it? Part of the thrill is the chase of those little cups all around the house.

    Kisses,
    Dexter
