For MRH

Hello, my good furiends.  I am so sad about the loss of our beloved Mango.  I wanted to share this with all of you...

Last Friday night my peeps went to a Chinese Restaurant for dinner (without me BOOOOO).  Mom opened her fortune cookie and on the reverse side of her fortune, was this:

We were all so happy to see this reminder of our furiend.  I think all of Blogville loved finding things like this.  I was saving it for my next Snicker Saturday, but it seems more appropriate to post it now as a reminder of our MRH.

Grr and a Sad Woof,
Sarge, COP

  1. That is so coincidental! Sorry you weren't invited out for Chinese with the peeps. Maybe we can go together this weekend or something?!?! :)

  2. Well, any request from Mango cannot be denied. I expect your mom to be speaking Chinese very soon.

I don't know if Mango was just making a joke or he knew she would be needing to speak Chinese for one reason or another. I suspect the former, but we'll keep that to ourselves.

  8. Mango is missed deeply indeed. But what a wonderful reminder of him. I suspect you will be barking Chinese very soon. Or at least become a pro at eating Moo Goo Guy Pan. I love that stuff.

  14. Wow! I know that is a coincidence but I don't want to believe that. It feels like the Divine has it planned. It is hard missing a friend. So now you know, Mang Guo means Mango.

PS I love fortune cookies. I have actually never seen fortune cookies with a message like that. It is rather unusual.

That is such a strange but wonderful thing to find in the fortune cookie, its a reminder that our Furiends are gone but never forgotten, Mango will always be in our hearts, looking down on us from the rainbow bridge, all my love and prayers to his family and all his Furiends in Blogville at this sad time, but as your cookie shows he and the the many others are always with us!
