Since I pulled a ha-ha on Dad Saturday by showing his hunting excuse mug, I thought I'd show the doggie bloggie world how much I try to be like Dad. He's the greatest, so I try to follow his lead...best I can with no thumbs and no access to firearms (ahem).

Sometimes you have to wait about 87 hours fur them to come home.
One thing fur sure though.. you are an excellent hunter and superior house guard.
Maybe you can just hunt the house for mice and bugs, we like to do that here. No mice, but we do find bugs every now and then.

I know how you feel. We always have to guard the house when dad goes hunting, too. But we don't have super cool camel-flagged bandanas like you do. Hmmmm...maybe we oughta gets mom to get us some.

I'm sorry your dad didn't take you hunting with him. What a bummer. But you can always "hunt" for things out in the yard and who knows, maybe you'll catch something and can bring it in to mom.
